Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy
: All forms of payment are accepted on the first day of class. To accommodate students on waiting lists, we ask that Cancellations must be received 10 days prior to the first day of class. A partial refund and/or credit for a future class will be granted if student cancels within 10 days. NO REFUND will be given if student fails complete class. UPDATED REFUND POLICY: Tuition prepaid by check will be refunded in full if above conditions are met. Due to increased credit card charges, prepaid tuition paid by credit card, refunded by check is subject to a $10.00 credit card processing fee. Refunds by credit card are subject to a $20.00 credit card processing fee. If Fire Instruction must cancel a class, a full refund or credit of tuition will be given. Fire Instruction reserves the right to amend their policies and procedures at any time without providing updated information to students.
